The computer prompted me for a print code. What should I do?
A:
When you are ready to print your tags, make sure you are logged onto the SALE WEBSITE (www.jumpedoverthemoon.com), and NOT the MyCM website. Once you login by clicking on "Register/Login" and entering your user ID & password, click on "Print Tags" and follow the prompts.
Q: Who qualifies as a "new mom", and how to sign up
Who qualifies to come to the sale for new moms? How can I register as a new mom?
A:
Anyone expecting a child, or anyone who has a baby 12 mos. old or younger is eligible to attend the presale for new moms. Just click on "Register/Login", and follow the prompts.
Q: 1/2-price day
Do my items have to be sold at 1/2-price on the last day of the sale?
A:
No; this is optional. As you enter each item on the computer (under "Enter Items" after you login), if you click on the button titled "Discount", your item will be reduced to 1/2 price on the final day. If you do NOT click on the discount button, your item will retain its full price.
